The Exclusive Desert Experience x Dune Buggy Adventure combines two truly memorable activities into one incredible evening in the desert. The Dune Buggy Adventure takes place at Lisaili Camp and is one of the most unique driving experiences in the world, with the open road of Dubai’s super-highways swapped for the bumps, turns and pivots of the desert dunes. During this experience, you’ll get the opportunity to take the wheel and drive the buggy yourself, which is specially adapted for off-road driving and designed to tackle and conquer every dip along your route.
From here, the evening continues with the Exclusive Desert Experience, hosted in your very own corner of the Dubai desert. Here, you’ll enjoy a three-course BBQ dinner in a Bedouin-inspired dining space, served to your table by your personal waiter. Other inclusions on your Exclusive Desert Experience consist of a short camel ride with an Arabian Camel, a picturesque sunset stop with a glass of sparkling bubbles to raise a toast with, unlimited premium beverages, and plenty of stargazing and wildlife spotting opportunities.
This experience is ideal for couples, families or groups of best friends who want to share a memorable evening together while enjoying the thrill of a desert drive and the magic of desert dining. Highlights
Know before you go
The Dune Buggy Adventure takes place in Lisaili, in a different location to the Exclusive Desert Experience. Your activity includes private transfers in a 4-wheel drive vehicle from Lisaili to the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve, where the Exclusive Desert Experience takes place.
A security deposit of AED 5,000 is required for driver experiences and will be collected prior to the beginning of the activity. This will be returned as soon as the activity is completed with no damages. This deposit is to ensure the safety of both the guests and the equipment.
Transfers to the Dune Buggy Adventure are in a private vehicle.
We recommend comfortable clothing for this experience, including modest dress and comfortable shoes.
All guests must wear closed shoes to ride the buggy. Flip-Flops and sandals are not accepted for safety reasons
Guests with pre-existing medical conditions and expectant mothers are not advised to participate in the Dune Buggy Adventure but are welcome to join us for the majority of the Exclusive Desert Experience. Please note, expectant mothers and guests with existing medical conditions will be required to skip the 4x4 dune drive for their comfort.
The Arabian Adventures team reserves the right to stop your participation in the activity if we deem you to be acting in an unsafe manner. Please follow the safety instructions provided by the team before the activity begins to ensure an enjoyable experience that doesn’t compromise your safety.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing for your Exclusive Desert Experience, including sneakers or walking shoes and modest dress.
Temperatures can fluctuate in the desert quite quickly. Warm afternoons can turn into cool evenings, particularly during the winter months. Please take this into account when deciding what to wear for your Exclusive Desert Experience.
We recommend wearing sunscreen for your activity and packing a pair of sunglasses and a hat.

Age Policy
The minimum age requirement for drivers participating in a Dune Buggy Adventure is 16 years old, and must possess a valid driver’s license from their country of residence
Non-driving passengers accompanying the lead buggy must be at least 6+ and need to be seated with the adult accompanying them
Children aged between 6-13 can join the Dune Buggy Adventure as non-drivers, only in a private vehicle with an adult from their group
For the Exclusive Desert Experience, a private vehicle must be booked for children aged between 2-5 or under 135cm, and details shared with our team at the time of booking
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If they do, please let us know at least 24 hours prior to your activity. We will not be able to process refunds for bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before your activity starts
Full payment for your booking is required at least two days prior to your activity. If payment is not received before the expected date, we reserve the right to cancel your activity
n exceptional circumstances, we may have to amend the Dune Buggy Adventure or the Exclusive Desert Experience schedule or cancel the activity entirely. We reserve the right to amend and cancel activities in such circumstances, and will ensure we communicate any changes in advance where possible
Both the Dune Buggy Adventure and Exclusive Desert Experience are subject to cancellation if weather conditions are not suitable. While we do our best to prepare for any adverse weather in advance, activities may be amended or cancelled as a result of bad weather
