Guests must be at least 21 years old.
Rescheduling Policy:
Rescheduling is allowed up to 14 days in advance.
Age Policy:
After 7 PM, guests below 21 years old are not allowed access to AURA.
Guests aged 15 to 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Proof of identification is required. Failure to provide valid ID may result in refused entry without any refund.
Accessibility:
Wheelchair access is available throughout the venue.
Entry Conditions:
No refunds will be issued if entry is refused due to the following:
Being under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Behavior affecting the safety or enjoyment of other visitors.
Use of offensive, abusive, threatening, or insulting language.
Ticket Validity:
This ticket is valid only for the specific date and time shown and shall automatically expire thereafter.
Arrival Dress Code – Island Chic:
No swimwear, sportswear, or flip-flops are permitted upon arrival.
Tailored shorts are allowed.
Seating:
